Conditions of Use

Postal Ordering

The on-line shop only accepts payment using the PayPal system. To order using a different payment method, print an Order Form, complete it and post your order to us.

Telephone Ordering

Telephone 070 9281 2101 (9am to 9pm) and leave your name, address, telephone number, card details (as stated on the order form) and a clear description of the item(s) required.

Payments

We use PayPal to handle our transactions. To make a Credit Card Payment a PayPal account is not required, just follow the on screen instructions.

Currency

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling. Purchases will be converted to your local currency when you check out.

Credit/Debit Cards/PayPal

Payments by Credit/Debit Card and PayPal used to carry a 5% handling fee, however due to our merchant terms and conditions we now waive this fee.

Cheques

Payments by cheque should be made by completing a Merchandise Order Form which should be posted or faxed to us.
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "SF Ball Ltd"

Shipping

All items are shipped by Royal Mail.
Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Returns

Faulty goods may be returned within 30 days for a replacement. Please email infosfball.com for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and clearly mark the package with this number.

DVDs

Our DVDs are PAL Format, Region Free.
Before ordering any of our DVDs, ensure that your equipment (DVD Player and Television) is capable of playing PAL format discs.
Our discs can be played on PAL compatible equipment, in any DVD Region.

Videos

Our Video's are PAL Format.
Before ordering any of our Videos, ensure that your equipment (Video Player and Television) is capable of playing PAL Format tapes.

Cancellation Policy (applicable only to UK customers)

Goods

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel a contract for goods within 7 days of receipt of said goods.

You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing via post, email or fax within 7 days of receipt of your order. However when the goods are not faulty it is your responsibility to return goods at your own expense, and to do so within 7 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel.

Event Tickets

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel a contract for an event within 7 days of placing your order. You must notify us within 7 days of placing your order of your intention to cancel in writing via post, email or fax.

If you have received your tickets/badges, these must be returned within 7 days at your own expense and will not be valid at the event.

If the event is within 7 days of your order you must notify us of your intention to cancel before the event commences.

Both Goods and Event Tickets

When you cancel your contract with us and sending your notification via post, we recommend that you keep a certificate of posting.

Upon cancellation we will provide a full refund for the goods, postage and packing as well as any handling fee charged, to the value shown on your invoice.

You will bear the cost of returning goods to us (which must be done within 7 days of your notifying us of your intention to cancel). You are also responsible for ensuring that any goods returned are in a saleable condition when we receive them, as you have a statutory duty of care under the Distance Selling Regulations.
